Google Rewrites 65% of the Page Titles Shown in Its Top 10 Results

    Google changes the page title it shows for 64.5% of its top 10 results, and shows the title exactly as the website wrote it for just 27.2%. Titles of 61 to 80 characters are rewritten most, 76.3% of the time.
