## What Our White Label Web Development Services Include

Six parts of the build we can run under your brand, from repository setup through launch support.

(06)

### • Engineers inside your repository

They work as identities you created, follow your branch and commit style, and leave no vendor comments in the source.

### • Capacity booked by the sprint

Engineering sold by the sprint rather than the project, so a second win in the same month gets a start date.

### • WordPress and custom builds

Most of what we take on is white label WordPress development. We also build headless front ends, ecommerce and custom applications.

### • Tested before your client sees it

Browser, device and journey testing finish against a written definition of done before any staging link leaves your office.

### • Staging on a domain you control

Preview environments sit on your own domain, so a forwarded link never introduces a company your client has not met.

### • Documentation and a written warranty

Handover notes for editors and account managers, plus a defined window and a written line between defect and change request.

[See our process • ](#process)

• Common issues

## What goes wrong when the build sits outside your team

None of these is a code-quality problem. They are the ones that surface in front of your client.

[Diagnose my site • ](#get-started)

01

### Commits signed by a company your client never hired

The client's technical lead opens the repository and finds an unfamiliar company on every commit. Contractors used their own accounts, and the convention was never agreed. Rewriting history on a shared branch is worse than the problem, so it stays.

02

### Sprint capacity you cannot forecast

Two builds land in the same month and your one developer is booked until spring. Engineering gets sized to the average, then arrives in clusters. So you decline the second, and that client does not come back for the third.

03

### Bugs found by the client first

The client opens the staging link, tries a journey that was missed on mobile, and finds it broken. That is a missing definition of done more than carelessness. After twice, your review meetings become defect lists.

04

### Staging links on someone else's domain

The preview URL your client is reviewing sits on a subdomain belonging to a company they have never heard of. Previews land wherever hosting is easiest. Then the link gets forwarded to people you never meant to brief.

05

### Documentation written for engineers only

The handover explains how to run the build locally and nothing about how a marketing team edits a page. Documentation covers what was hard to build, not what will be hard to run. So routine changes become unbillable tickets.

06

### A warranty with no boundary

Three weeks after launch a defect appears and the argument starts over whether it is a bug or a change request. The window and the boundary were never set at kickoff. You absorb the work or damage the relationship.

## Our White Label Web Development Process

(06)

Phase 01

Phase 1 • Week 1

### Fit call and brief review

A short call on scope, stack and dates, then a written read of your brief with the gaps named. If we are wrong for this build, you hear it now.

Phase 02

Phase 2 • Week 1

### Your repo, your environments

You create the repository and the identities we will use, and staging goes up on a subdomain you control. Setup decisions that look trivial today cannot be unwound at handover.

Phase 03

Phase 3 • Week 1-2

### Build estimate and sprint plan

Scope breaks into sprints with a definition of done on each item, and the wholesale figure reaches you before you quote. Phase timings here are an estimate; real dates are agreed in the plan you approve.

Phase 04

Phase 4 • Ongoing

### Sprint work delivered under your brand

Code lands in your repository on a sprint rhythm, with a demo environment your account lead can walk a client through unaided. Decisions come to you with a recommendation attached.

Phase 05

Phase 5 • Pre-launch

### Testing, recorded before launch

Your account lead sees the tested build before the client does, and what we checked goes into the record you keep. Later, the difference between a calm answer and a defensive one is that record.

Phase 06

Phase 6 • At launch

### Handover, and the warranty starts

Handover is a walkthrough, not a delivery. We take your account lead and the person editing the site through the documentation, then the warranty window opens on the launch date with the defect boundary already agreed.

[Get started • ](#get-started)

• Margin you can see first

### Wholesale pricing is agreed before you send the quote.

You cannot price an account you cannot cost. Every estimate reaches you as a sprint figure with its assumptions named, so the spread is visible while you can still change it.

•

Costed per sprint, not per project

•

Assumptions named, so variations are visible

•

No fixed engineering overhead between wins

• Accounts you keep

### The repository and the history were yours from commit one.

A supplier holding the code holds the account. Nothing migrates at the end because nothing was ever ours: code, environments, documentation and configuration sit in accounts you created.

•

## White Label Web Development Deliverables

Everything is built, documented and packaged inside your systems, ready for your team to review and present.

Month One

At handover

✓ Docs for the team running the site — How the site is edited, deployed and recovered, written for editors.

✓ What runs where — Every environment, the credentials that exist, and how to revoke ours at the end.

✓ Tested and untested scope — Which browsers, devices and journeys we checked, and what sat outside scope.

✓ The warranty, in writing — How long the window runs, what counts as a defect, and how you raise one.

Months 2-3

Each sprint

✓ A build you can demo — A working environment on your own domain, ready for your account lead to show a client alone.

✓ What shipped this sprint — What landed, what moved and which assumption changed, written so you can forward it unedited.

✓ Decisions waiting on the client — Anything needing a client to choose, with our recommendation attached, sent to you.

✓ The commit history, your convention — The full history under the identities you created, open to you throughout.

## Common Questions

What does a web development agency do?

It builds and maintains the software behind a website: templates, the content model your editors use, integrations, environments and releases. Reselling it, the question that matters is which half you keep. Discovery, requirements and the client relationship stay with you, where the margin is. The engineering is the half that runs under your name.
