Suff Digital

    Privacy Policy

    Last updated: September 9, 2026

This policy explains how Suff Digital ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information through suffdigital.com and our business communications. It also explains your choices about our marketing and use of your information.

    Information we collect

We collect information you give us when you request a proposal, complete a form, contact us, book a meeting, apply to a partner program, or use our services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, website, business needs, and the contents of your messages. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that we have not requested.

When you visit our website, we and the providers supporting our website may collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, campaign identifiers, and interactions with our website. Cookies, similar technologies, and information stored in your browser may support website functionality, analytics, attribution, and advertising.

We may also receive business contact information and information about your interactions with us from referrals, business partners, publicly available sources, and the platforms through which you contact us.

    How we use information

    • Respond to questions, prepare proposals, schedule meetings, and provide services.
    • Manage customer and partner relationships and communicate about our work.
    • Market Suff Digital's services by phone, text message, email, online advertising, and other appropriate channels, subject to your choices and applicable requirements.
    • Plan, personalize, measure, and improve our own marketing campaigns. This may include using contact information or website activity to create or match advertising audiences, show relevant Suff Digital ads, and measure campaign results.
    • Maintain and improve our website, understand performance, prevent abuse, and protect our business.
    • Meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

This policy describes our practices; it does not itself obtain consent for marketing calls or texts. Where consent is required, we seek it separately. Providing information or reading this policy does not waive your ability to opt out.

    When we share information

We may disclose information to providers that help us operate our business, such as website hosting, data storage, customer relationship management, scheduling, communications, analytics, and advertising providers. We may provide information to advertising platforms for audience matching, campaign delivery, and measurement for Suff Digital's own marketing.

We do not sell contact lists or provide your contact information to unrelated businesses so they can independently market their products or services to you. Advertising-related disclosures can nevertheless fall within special legal definitions of "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" in some jurisdictions. You can contact us to request an opt-out of these uses where applicable.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, with your direction or consent, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable protections.

    Your marketing choices

    • Email: Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
    • Text messages: Reply STOP to a marketing text or contact us to withdraw consent. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
    • Phone calls: Tell the caller that you do not want marketing calls, or contact us to request that we stop.
    • Advertising audiences: Contact us to request that we stop using your contact information for advertising audience matching. Advertising platforms may also offer their own ad preferences.
    • Cookies: Use your browser's settings to block or delete cookies or other stored website data. Blocking some technologies may affect website features and may not prevent all advertising.

We honor applicable opt-out and consent-withdrawal requests. We may retain limited information needed to remember your preferences. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary communications about services you request, transactions, or legal matters.

    Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, taking account of our relationship with you, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

    Privacy requests

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to our business, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising-related uses. Use our contact form to submit a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law. If you believe we have declined a request incorrectly, reply to our response and ask for a review. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

    Client data and other websites

When we process information on behalf of a client in delivering services, our agreement with that client governs that processing. Requests about information collected by a client's website should be directed to that client. Third-party websites and platforms linked from our site have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not govern.

    Children and international visitors

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Suff Digital is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our providers operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location, and applicable transfer requirements still apply.

    Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. We will provide additional notice or seek consent when applicable law requires it.
