GOOGLE ADS

    Google Ads Agency

Spend the same budget on the searches that actually turn into customers.

We repair conversion tracking before bids move, separate brand demand from acquisition, and rebuild campaigns around buying intent. You see what each search costs, which clicks become customers, and where the next budget increase should go.

    Why Suff Digital

Google Ads managed from tracking to revenue.

We manage Google Ads end to end: tracking, structure, bidding, creative, landing-page recommendations and reporting tied to revenue. You see the conversion definitions, exclusions and budget moves behind every decision, so the account gets clearer each month instead of harder to explain.

    How we help

What Our Google Ads Services Include

We split the work into account structure, conversion data, search-term control and Performance Max reporting.

    (04)

Ad groups split by how ready the searcher is

A research search and a buying search should never share a bid. We tier the ad groups by intent, stop the match types bleeding into each other, and write the ad for the stage the searcher is at.

Automated bidding set from corrected conversion data

Google's bidding is only ever as good as the conversions you feed it. We set target cost per acquisition and target return from the repaired numbers, then hold them steady long enough to learn something.

Weekly search-term review and a negative keyword library

Every week we read the searches your ads actually showed against, because that report is the one place waste appears in plain English. Anything you would not have chosen to buy goes on a negative list.

Performance Max reported channel by channel

Performance Max volunteers very little. We segment the asset groups by margin, exclude your brand searches and rebuild channel-level reporting with a script, so the campaign has to say which part earned the money.

    See our process
    Where it breaks

Where Google Ads accounts usually lose money

These four faults account for most of the money we find on the floor when we open an established account.

    Diagnose my site
    01

    Wasted spend on broad match

Spend is climbing against searches you would never have chosen to buy. Broad match with automated bidding and no negative keyword hierarchy leaves the system free to explore, and every conversion it finds on a loose search teaches it that the search was worth buying.

    02

Cost per lead climbing every quarter

Lead volume is flat while the cost of each one keeps rising. Auction pressure went up and the bid targets were never reset, so the old target is now a ceiling you pay to sit under while cheaper impressions go elsewhere.

    03

Plenty of leads, almost none worth calling

Forms arrive in volume and your team cannot reach the people who submitted them. The conversion action counts the easiest event on the page, so bidding optimizes toward form fills rather than buyers. Every week it runs, it gets better at the wrong thing.

    04

Performance Max you cannot report on

Budget is consolidating into a campaign your team cannot explain. With no asset-group segmentation and no brand exclusion, Performance Max counts branded searches you would have won cheaply as its own revenue, which flatters its return and starves the campaigns finding new customers.

    Our Google Ads Process

    (04)
    Phase 01
    Week 1

We read the account before we change anything

We go through the live account: search-term reports, change history, conversion action setup and the auction data behind your impression share. You get back a wasted spend figure and a ranked fault list, each line naming the campaign, search or setting that caused it.

    Phase 02
    Weeks 1-2

We fix the conversion data first

Tracking is corrected and offline conversion import is wired to your CRM before any spend decision, so the baseline we judge everything against is real. Consent mode, cross-domain handoffs and duplicate events are reconciled against your own revenue record. Do this after a restructure and the restructure is unmeasurable.

    Phase 03
    Weeks 4-6

We move the bid targets onto the corrected numbers

New targets come from the repaired conversion data, not the old inflated ones. The migration runs behind a change freeze so the system is judged on a settled account. We write the baseline down first and read the new numbers against it when the freeze lifts.

    Phase 04
    Monthly

We agree the test that has to pass before spend rises

Budget goes up when the last increment of spend still clears the threshold you set, and not before. Each month we show what the extra money bought, at what cost, and where the curve began to bend. The gate is written down in advance, never taken on trust.

    Get started
    The demand you capture

Buyers describe their problem in the search box first.

Search is the one channel where a buyer tells you what they want in their own words before you have to guess. You buy the search, and the intent comes with it. Whether that is profitable has little to do with budget size. It comes down to two things: can the account tell an expensive search from a valuable one, and is the data telling the truth?

Ad groups tiered by intent, so a research search and a buying search are not bid alike
Weekly search-term review, with every exclusion logged against what triggered it
Offline conversion import, so bidding optimizes toward closed revenue
    What it costs

What the management fee is actually buying

Google bills you for the media. Our fee pays for the decisions that choose what the media buys: what the account is allowed to bid on, what it is told to treat as a conversion, and where the click lands. That is why a fee quoted purely as a slice of ad spend is worth questioning, because it pays an agency more for spending more rather than for spending better. Ask for the two numbers separately in any proposal you compare. How PPC management is priced walks through the fee models.

    What you keep

The account and its history stay in your name.

We work inside advertising, analytics and CRM accounts your business owns. If management changes hands, the campaign history, audience lists, conversion definitions and written account structure stay with your team, so the next team can build from the same record.

“I can't say enough good things about Matt Suffoletto and the team at Suff Digital. I've worked with Matt for years, and his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism are second to none. He truly understands SEO, website management, and digital marketing at a level that delivers real results. Matt helped me get my DJ business ranked on the first page and even the number one spot on Google in an industry with thousands of competing DJs. Those results had a tremendous impact on my business. Most recently, on Memorial Day, my website came under attack from internet hackers. I sent Matt an email expecting a delayed response because of the holiday, but he replied almost immediately, identified the problem, took action, and resolved the issue before it could cause further damage. If you're looking for a digital marketing and web services company that delivers results and stands behind its clients, I highly recommend Suff Digital.”

    Frequently asked questions

    Common Questions

Agencies charge a flat monthly fee, a percentage of ad spend, or a mix. What should set the number is the work in scope: how many campaign types and markets, how much conversion tracking has to be rebuilt, whether creative and landing pages are produced or supplied, and how tangled the account already is. We scope those four before quoting, and the fee is fixed in writing.
